The 2026 Finals marks a significant milestone in the programme’s journey. Reaching its 20th year, the FedEx/Junior Achievement International Trade Challenge has established itself as one of Asia Pacific’s most impactful platforms for developing future-ready talent. Participants collaborate across cultures and disciplines to tackle real-world business scenarios, gaining valuable insight into what it takes to succeed in international markets.

20th Year
To mark the 20th year of this impactful partnership and program, FedEx and JA Asia Pacific will launch “Shaping Tomorrow’s Workforce: Asia Pacific Youth Insights,” a regional report capturing perspectives from youth aged 15–22 across 10 Asia-Pacific markets, namely China, Hong Kong-SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The report examines readiness for the future of work across four key areas: education-to-work alignment, entrepreneurial capability, global trade awareness, and preparedness for AI-driven workplaces. It offers timely insights into how young people are navigating a rapidly evolving economy and the skills needed to succeed.
